Tektronix Customer Journey Map

As part of the major re-brand for Tektronix Communications we were asked to produce a bespoke customer journey map for use when training staff. The map was designed to be wall mounted and had custom icons, which were inter changeable, outlining all of the parts and roles in a customer journey. Additionally we provided customer profile cards based on the three key types of customer the staff would be engaging with.
