Brickfield Square is a South Dublin estate of brand new rental apartments with strong heritage ties. The property is located at the site of the old Dolphins Barn Brick Company, one of the most prominent brickworks in Dublin during the first half of the 20th Century.
We were asked by Greystar to create a brand, complete with visual language and tone-of-voice guidelines to be rolled-out across the property’s placemaking and marketing materials. The wordmark and the four unique patterns were inspired by bricks laid out in various decorative arrangements found in architecture.
